For video links that are not implemented in depth, customers such as patient portals, HIS (hospital information system) or other medical software solutions have access to the generation of video codes in the MIA Video | Doctors Assistant They are then simply integrated via a link. This then leads the patient to the MIA Video | Patient Assistant.
Without integration and implementation, MIA videos for patient education can be used immediately and effortlessly via the MIA Video | Doctor Assistant with its intuitive user interface.
Patients get access to the MIA Video | Patient Assistant and can start their personal patient information video via QR code or manual code.

In addition to the integration of an individualized video player, the individual in-depth integration also includes the option of integrating corresponding customer branding.
MIA Video patient education can therefore be fully and seamlessly integrated into existing software systems such as KIS, patient portals or case management via Rest API.
Digital patient education without IT | The MIA Video Card
Even without integration into existing IT systems, institutions and practices can immediately benefit from the advantages of digital patient education.
The MIA Video Card enables direct hand-to-hand transmission without technical implementation in the clinic or practice. Patients can use it by scanning a QR code or entering a manual code from the card on the patient’s end device. And again, seamless integration – only WITHOUT ‘IT’.
Individualization of the MIA Video Cards is also possible here. Requests for an appointment field, customer branding or an individual design can be easily fulfilled.
In addition to information on diagnosis, post-operative care and therapy, all relevant information can be communicated in high quality before upcoming appointments, such as operations and examinations with special preparation, in a time- and therefore cost-efficient manner.
